1. What time is the pick up time if I stay in Senggigi or Mataram area?
Answer :

For One Day Trek pick up at your hotel in Senggigi/Mataram area around 03.00-04.00am

For 4 Days,3 Days,2 Days Rinjani Package, pick up time around 04.00 - 05.00am

 

2. What time is the trek start?

Answer :

Trekking Tour will begin at starting point aboaut 07.00 - 08.00am

 

3. Are we traveling in a big group sharing or individual group?

Answer :

We have private service, group sharing, defend which package do you request 
 

4. If I am only single traveler, can i do the trekk ?

Answer :

Yes, you can do the trekk with sharing package 2 days/1 night or 3 days 2 nights


5. Where can I leave my extra luggage during the trek program?

Answer :

Your luggage can be storage at our Office in Senaru during the trek program.

6. I am coming from Singapore by Silk Air, arrival time is late, which program should I take as I need 1 night accommodation before I started the trek?

Answer :

You can take Rinjani Package for 6 Days 5 Nights

7. Where can I get the update information on weather condition of Rinjani National Park?

8. When is the peak season of the climb and when is the time when it is not possible to do the trek?

Answer :

Peak Season at July, August and December

On January - March its not possible to do trekk but sometimes is ok defend of the weather

9. How Many porter and guide if we are 2 person ?

Answer :

For 2 Days 1 Night program we use 1 porter and 1 guide

1 Guide for 2 - 4 guests

1 Porter for 2 - 3 guests


10. Do the guides and porters speaking English?

Answer : They can speak english
 

11. Do the porter carry our Luggage's?

Answer : Porter only carry our logistic not your luaggage but if you wish the porter carry your luaggage, there is additional fee, its IDR 200.000/porter/day

Senaru is Located in North part of Rinjani National Park and it's a gate for all the trekker to enter Rinjani National Park except Sembalun Lawang in the North east side. Senaru is about 980 meter from sea level with temperature during raining season is 32 degree Celsius during the day and 25 degree Celsius in the night time. Mt. Rinjani forms the second highest volcanic peak in Indonesia, part of celebrated “Ring of Fire”. The dramatic landscape has been created over millions of year of cone - building, violent explosions, and erosion. Forested slopes rising directly from the sea create their own weather pattern and act as water - collectors for the hole of Lombok. Mount Rinjani is an active volcano in Indonesia on the island of Lombok. It rises to 3,726 m (12,224 ft), making it the third-largest volcano in Indonesia. The first historical eruption occurred in September of 1847. The volcano, and its sacred, and spectacular Segara anak crater lake, are protected by a national park established in 1997. The 6 km by 8.5 km oval-shaped caldera is filled partially by a lake known as Segara Anak. The eruptions of 1994, 1995, and 1996 have formed a small cone in the center of the caldera and lava flows from these eruptions have entered the lake.
